One of the reasons I’ve put off finishing a formal copperplate script is I knew I would get sucked into doing all sorts of swashy glyphs.
Well I got sucked in alright, I’m hard at work on a series of initial caps I think I’ll call super swash.

Where and when will it end?!

We have been talking about our new website for awhile now. Its launch always seemed just around the corner, but there was always one more thing to fine tune, one more little problem to work out. Well, most of the problems have been worked out and the few that still remain will not keep us from getting on with it.

There are 146 new fonts on the site organized in to five families; Consul, Moraine, Trilon, Shenandoah and Rawlinson Roadway. The new type tester is a thing of beauty, and will only get better as we incorporate more and more OpenType features into it.

We have changed our pricing structure so that when you buy any group of 4, 6, 8 10, 12 or 20 fonts you will get the discounted price we assign to all of our pre-sorted font sets.

Our new pdf type specimens have been designed by Charles Nix, and if you print each one front-to-back on a single sheet, they can be folded, bound and cut into a small book.

Please let us know what you think, but more importantly what you want. We make type, its the only thing we do, and we would like to make type that you want to use. If you have and idea for something that you haven’t found out there, give us a call. We’d be happy to consider it.
